The rooms had effective air conditioning. the hotel provided daily cleaning. It kept everything tidy. the slides provided fun for children. the staff were always ready to assist with any requests.
some of the cups at the bar had cracks.

the staff showed warmth and attentiveness to detail from the start. the room had air con which i LOVED after the heat. housekeeping left towel swans on the beds, a tender touch for the kids.
the main pool felt small and often crowded. the secondary pool with slides had limited size. sun-beds were short in supply, made relaxing difficult.

Absolutely Fantastic!
convenient shuttleclean room
The staff were super friendly. I especially loved how the chef, Adam, accommodated my egg and cheese allergies. He always pointed out dishes I could eat at the buffet. The free shuttle to the beach was very convenient. I appreciated the clean room I booked, a One-Bedroom Apartment.
